Customer Affidavit:

• By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Henning Ammunition LLC/ Henning ammo.com is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.

• I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year

• I am not a fugitive from justice

• I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance

• I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution

• I am not an illegal or unlawful alien, and I am not a nonimmigrant alien

• I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions

• I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship

• I am currently not subject to a domestic violence restraining order of any kind

• I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence

• I will not conduct an unauthorized export of any defense article

Agreement to Indemnify and Defend for Misrepresentation

If any of the above statements under the “Customer Affidavit” section of these Terms and Conditions are untrue, you agree to release, hold harmless, indemnify, and pay to defend 

Henning Ammunition LLC/ Henningammo.com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, civil liability, or criminal prosecution.

Shipping

We do our best to ensure that your product reaches its location as quickly and as trouble-free as possible. At checkout, you will have the opportunity to select a designate address to which you would like your product shipped. If your state requires ammunition to be sent to a FFL dealer, then you need to provide the necessary address. You cannot change this information after checkout. 

Title to your products will transfer to you once they are delivered to the address you provided at checkout, based on the delivery date and time reflected in the shipping carrier’s records. Once your products are delivered, you assume all responsibility for them, including the risk that they may be stolen or damaged. You release 

Henning Ammunition LLC/ Henningammo.com from all liability and responsibility for your products after they are delivered.

Shipping will be determined by weight. Ammunition needs to be shipped as a “Hazardous Material” and can only go through certain carriers. All shipping is calculated during check out.

If you live in or around the Canadaigua New York area, or are going to be at an upcoming Gun Show in New York you can also arrange to pick up your ammunition. Please call 585-703-8097  to schedule an appointment.

Shipping Destination Restrictions

Henningammo.com does not ship to any area prohibited by law from shipping product and only to the lower 48 states. We do not ship to any of these states

If you attempt to have product shipped to these restricted areas, your order will be cancelled and you will be subject to the cancellation fee described below.

Order Cancellation by Customers

In order to provide you with the best customer service and get your order processed as fast as possible we encourage you to make sure your order is complete and correct at the time you place the order. We are unable to cancel or change your order once it has been sent for processing.

We do not like canceling orders, but we reserve the right to cancel your order if you do not abide by these Terms and Conditions. If we choose to cancel your order, you will receive a refund of the full purchase amount.

Returns

There are no returns. All sales are final. If you have an issue with a product, please contact us at 585-703-8097 

Jurisdiction

jurisdiction shall be immediately removed to Ontario County, NewYork and that you will reimburse Henning Ammunition LLC and its owners, agents, officers, and employees for any costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, they incur in defending a lawsuit or effecting its removal until the lawsuit is properly before a court in Ontario County, NewYork.

Governing Law

You agree that NewYork law will govern (i) your purchase and use of any products from Henningsmmo.com; (ii) any information you receive from Henningammo.com; (iii) any legal action instituted against you by 

Henning Ammunition LLC; and (iv) any legal action you institute, or that someone else institutes as a result of your actions, against henningammo.com 

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, or mediation, between you and Henning Ammunition LLC, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By making this agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that this is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of your right to bring any claims against 

Henning Ammunition LLC, as part of, or on behalf of, any class or any other individuals.

In an effort to stay in contact with our customers and inform them of sales and specials, we retain a list of each customer’s name and e-mail address. By entering your information to create an account or by placing an order on Henningammo.com, you are authorizing Henning Ammunition LLC, to send you follow-up e-mails about your purchase and e-mails with information about other products or services we provide. When you place an order on Henningammo.com or by registering an account on Henningammo.com, you are choosing to add your name and e-mail address to Henning Ammunition LLC, e-mail list. Your information will be retained and used in accordance with Henningammo.com Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from these e-mails at any time by
